4. Warranties and Returns

SmartUrbanBees offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Bio-luminescent intensity is guaranteed for 12 months from purchase date. Smart devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all components included.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, bio-luminescent formulas, and smart technology are proprietary to SmartUrbanBees. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
